I started OnlinePilatesClasses in 2018 to share my online Pilates classes and tutorials. I believe that 30 minutes of Pilates a day sets us up to be a better person for ourselves, our family, friends, job – when we feel better, we do life better all around. In fact, our members are reaching their personal goals because of their OPC practice. At OPC, we specialize in consistency, connection, and community. We hold you accountable, help you build a better connection to your mind and body, and invite you into the most supportive fitness community on the ’net. We love our members, and our excitement for them can be found in every class. I started this website because my clients wanted to keep practicing while traveling and had a hard time with the other websites out there. They missed the in-person accountability and community. I knew there must be a better way! I really want to bring Pilates to every body, and I know that you’ll be excited to invite your friends and family to OPC after you experience the change in your personal life. OPC is all about doing life better.
