THE AUTHOR

Marta Otaduy has been practicing yoga since she was a teenager and is an Hatha Vinyasa, Yin, Meditation and Advanced Kids’ Yoga instructor.

Marta speaks English, Spanish and Italian and holds a Masters of Law degree. She has been living with blood cancer since the age of 25, and strongly believes that yoga and meditation have contributed to her current physical and mental wellbeing.

With many years of experience behind her, she now leads Mini Zen Children’s Yoga School, accredited by Yoga Alliance, and works with institutions creating yoga and mindfulness curricula for children and their caregivers.
